Aquatic Arts 1 Small Piece of Grape Vine Wood Natural Aquarium Driftwood, 6-8″
Product Description
Grape Vine Wood is a very popular driftwood for terrariums and bird enclosures. This wood has been stripped of its bark and is immediately ready for use with terrestrial animals such as birds, reptiles, and hermit crabs. Grape Vine Wood is an excellent choice for an attractive decoration and it also provides essential cover for animals. Each piece is highly unique but always looks great! We do not recommend using Grape Vine Wood in aquariums. While we have seen some reports of people using this wood under water, we must stress that it releases an excessive amount of tannins very quickly, even after being boiled extensively. This wood also will not sink for many days or weeks and, compared to most other driftwoods, it rots rather quickly. For best results, Grape Vine Wood should only be used in the land portion of animal enclosures.
