We recommended painting the intended surface first with white paint to make the designs really stand out. After which use specialized glue and varnish to cover the surface area and start to get creative. Tear layer and overlap pieces of the decoupage paper when you are happy with your end result glue or varnish one final time and leave your project to dry. This package contains three 13-3/4×15-3/4 inch decoupage sheets. Comes in a variety of designs and colors. Imported.
