Once the drywall mud is troweled, you simply grab a brush with bristles, a sponge or an empty plastic bag, and then use whatever you grab to create texture on the drywall mud by dabbing.
Try getting rid of bubbles in your vinyl floor. The air in a vinyl floor bubble can be released by slicing it. This flattens the bubble temporarily.
