Need
Plywood 3×5 (size I used) or 4×6
PVC pipes 4inch, 2inch, 3inch, 1.5inch – (I cut them all about 2-4 inches high I did a range of sizes)
PVC Pipe cutter
White Spray Paint (flat or matte finish)
Epoxy – JB Weld Clear (make sure to get the 5 min clear dry )
White paint & brush
Ornaments
