Product Description
Recreate a lush forest landscape inside of your aquarium, using these DIY tree structures. The moss kit is simple and easy to use, requiring very little time to set up. It may take a few weeks for your moss to fully grow and achieve their christmas tree form, but once they do, you will fall in love with the scenic green aquascape in your tank. Not only that, but your fish, guppies, and betta fish will love swimming past the soft texture of the moss, and they may even play hide and seek behind the trees.
You may have heard about an 18 foot tall underwater Christmas tree, that was recently exhibited at the New Jersey aquarium, decorated with waterproof ornaments. It really added some christmas spirit to the marine life and a scuba diving santa completed the picture. Since we can’t have an 18 ft christmas tree in our home aquariums, then these miniature versions will have to do. Anyway, your little fish will love them even if they’re only 5 inches tall..
How to Set Up:
Screw the tree trunk base onto the cone shaped piece.
Take any moss or aquarium plant and wrap it carefully around the cone.
Secure in place using the plastic tie and mesh cage to keep the moss from falling off.
Bury the stable base of the tree trunk into the substrate.
